Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout their aesthetic journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling with efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide detailed information about treatments, services, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Qualifications
Applicants should have prior experience in a client-facing role within a medical or aesthetic setting. Strong organizational skills, comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
